Shake down washout
Despite a great effort to shake down the recently repaired #38NH ACT Late Model, Mother Nature had the final say when she forced cancellation of
Friday nights action at Lee USA Speedway. Ricky and the Team had planned to shake down the car in a few practice sessions at Lee Friday afternoon in preparation for this weekends 150-lap ACT event at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, NH.
Plans are currently in place to practice the car Wednesday at All-Star Speedway, or again at Lee this coming Friday night.
We hope to see the WolfPack out in full force at WMMP.
Benefit success
Wolf Motorsports held its Benefit BBQ/Fundraiser on Saturday, June 20th. Despite the overcast skies, spirits were high, and we were grateful the
rains stayed away - at least for the afternoon!
Chef's Rick Wolf, Sr., and Jerome Canney ran the grills and kept the great food coming, while the always loaded raffle table kept more than a few
people busy. Six pairs of tickets to NHMS (2 pair of tickets for each day) were amongst some of the hottest items the table had to offer. DJ Kelly
Norton kept the tunes rolling, and all of the children in attendance were kept busy throughout the afternoon with various activities.
Special thanks to Tracy Wolf, and Sharon and Katrina Canney for all of their efforts to make this one-day event such a great success for us.
All told, over $900. was raised for the race team.
Thank you to all of our loyal friends, family, and fans who came out to have a little fun with us.
Saturday Practice Setback
Ricky Wolf and the Wolfpack had a significant setback on Saturday's practice session at Airborne Speedway in Plattsburgh, N.Y. A one-car incident on the back stretch severely damaged the #38NH, but Ricky walked away unscathed. The crew is still assessing the damages and more news will be posted right here on wolfpack38.com once made available. Ricky would like to thank everyone for their support.
